For the skin... | For the hair... |
1. Pierce a hole in an egg to separate the white from the yolk. | 1. First apply coconut oil on the hair and leave it on for an hour. |
2. Beat the egg white with 1/2 teaspoon tumeric/red sandal powder. | 2. Beat the two egg whites with the juice of one lemon. |
3. Apply the mixture to your entire face and neck. | 3. Apply thoroughly to your scalp and hair. Leave for one hour. |
4. Wash with soap/face wash when the mixture dries. TIP: The egg white can be applied alone as well. Skin will feel refreshed. | 4. Wash hair with a mild shampoo and rinse. TIP: Eggs are a natural conditioner, so conditioning your hair is unnecessary. |
Ask the Easter Bunny
Chocolate rabbits, marshmallow chickens and colored eggs are delicious and colorful. However, see if the Easter Bunny can deliver some uncooked eggs this year too. They’re better for you, particularly if you use them like we suggested.
